About CFA Staffing
My name is Teresa Wade, founder and owner of CFA Staffing.
I have been in the staffing business for over 25 years. My first job was driving a bus delivering temporaries to work. I am the epitome of learning the staffing business from the bottom to the top. The progression was from bus driver, recruiter, office manager, regional manager and finally my own company.
In 1999, I started CFA Staffing providing sub-assembly work for an automotive parts supplier. I have grown from 50 associates to over 5,100 associates currently on assignment and from $0 revenue to a very profitable and successful company in 2023.
Hard work, patience, persistency, great mentors and advisors enabled me to achieve something I’m proud of.
